Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery times do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount—check our current promotions for details.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

International Shipping

At this time, we selectively ship within the European Union. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately—we may be able to update your address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
